Installation Procedure

Note: Check the O-ring seals, the gaskets, and the seals for wear or for damage. Replace the components, if necessary.

1. Install the O-ring seals to four elbows (7). Install elbows (7) to steering metering pump (10).

2. Install steering metering pump (10) and two bolts (9) .

3. Connect four hose assemblies (8) .

4. Install cover (2) .

5. Install transmission control (4) and two bolts (6) (not shown).

6. Install steering wheel (3) and four bolts (5) .

7. Install cover (1) .

8. Fill the hydraulic tank with oil to the correct level. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil level - Check".

End By: Remove the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Remove and Install".
