- 将发动机机油排入合适的容器以便保存或弃置。 请参阅操作和保养手册, "发动机机油 - 更换"。
- 拆下螺栓 (2 ) 。 拆下发动机油底壳 (1) 和密封垫。

- 将工具 (A) 涂覆到位置 (X) 。

- 对缸体的对面一侧重复步骤 1。
- 仔细清洁发动机油底壳 (1) 配合面和缸体。

- 涂覆工具 (A)
- 在缸体上安放一个新密封垫和发动机油底壳 (1) 。
- 拧紧四个油底壳螺栓 (Y) 。
- 重新从螺栓 (Z) 开始，按照逆时针顺序拧紧所有剩余螺栓 (2) 。
- 用 31 ± 1 N·m (23 ± 1 lb ft) 的扭矩拧紧螺栓 (2) 。
- 重新从螺栓 (Z) 开始，按照逆时针顺序拧紧所有剩余螺栓。
- 重新拧紧螺栓 (2) 到扭矩 31 ± 1 N·m (23 ± 1 lb ft)。
- 向发动机加注机油到正确的油位。 请参阅操作和保养手册, "发动机机油 - 更换"以及操作和保养手册, "再加注容量"。
