润滑系统的流程图

润滑系统的压力是由摆线泵提供的。 曲轴齿轮驱动下惰轮。 下惰轮驱动机油泵齿轮。 油泵有一个内转子和一个外转子。 两个转子的旋转轴线彼此相对偏置。 内转子与驱动轴之间采用干涉配合。

内转子有五个凸轮,它们与外转子的六个凸轮相啮合。 当油泵转动时,外转子的凸轮与内转子的凸轮间距增大,产生吸合力。 当凸轮的间距减小时,则产生压力。

来自油底壳的润滑油通过滤网和管流至发动机机油泵的吸油侧。 润滑油从泵的出口侧经管和通道流至机油滤清器顶部。 然后从滤清器座,经管流至板式机油冷却器。 整体式机油冷却器位于缸体左侧。

机油从机油冷却器经管流回机油滤清器顶部。 机油随后从滤清器座流至旁通阀并从旁通阀流至机油滤清器。

机油从机油滤清器,经一条横穿缸体的钻孔通道流至机油通道。 机油油道是穿过缸体左侧总长钻出的。 如果机油滤清器在发动机右侧,则机油将经横穿缸体的通道流至压力通道。

机油从机油通道,经高压通道流至曲轴的主轴承。 随后,机油经曲轴中的通道流至连杆轴承轴颈。 活塞和缸孔通过机油的飞溅和机油油雾来进行润滑。

润滑油从主轴承通过缸体中的油道流至凸轮轴轴颈。 随后,机油从凸轮轴前轴颈以较低的压力流到缸盖。 机油随后流入摇臂轴,流至摇臂杆的轴承时压力降低。 气门杆和气门挺杆通过机油飞溅和油雾润滑。

惰齿的轮毂由从机油油道送来的机油进行润滑。 正时齿轮采用机油飞溅的方式进行润滑。

侧装式涡轮增压器通过缸体右侧接头送来的机油进行润滑。 一条外部油管从缸体向涡轮增压器供油。 机油随后通过管流回油底壳。

顶部安装的涡轮增压器由机油滤清器座或缸体右侧接头供油。

此发动机有活塞冷却喷嘴,该喷嘴由机油油道供油。 活塞冷却喷嘴将润滑油对准活塞底部喷射来冷却活塞。
