冷却系统的流程图 | |
冷却液由散热器底部流到离心式水泵。 水泵驱动冷却液在整个系统内流动。 水泵安装在正时齿轮箱前部。 水泵是喷油泵齿轮通过齿轮驱动的。
水泵驱动冷却液经正时齿轮箱前部的水道流到缸体左上侧的水套。 冷却液继续流至缸体后部，一些冷却液进入机油冷却器。 机油冷却器的铝盖盖住滤芯。 滤芯罐有五或七块板。 机油冷却器位于缸体左侧，没有外部管路。
冷却液流过机油冷却器芯后流至缸体后部。 冷却液随后经过缸体后部流入缸盖后部。
冷却液继续经缸盖流入水温调节器壳体。 如果水温调节器关闭，冷却液直接经旁通水道流到水泵进口侧。 如果水温调节器开启，旁通水道关闭，冷却液流到散热器顶部。
