The improved 226-7635 Flange and the improved 226-7636 Coupling Hub, which are used on "B-Series" machines with 3044 engines, are adaptable to the listed "A-Series" machines with 3034 engines.

The pump drive flange and the coupling hub for the hydrostatic pump were redesigned upon the introduction of "B-Series" machines in order to provide improved service. The outside diameter of the 226-7636 Coupling Hub and the inside diameter of the 226-7635 Flange were increased for better tooth engagement and for better load distribution. The hub's design was also changed for improved clamping and retention.

The 226-7635 Flange and the 226-7636 Coupling Hub must be installed together as a pair. See Illustration 1.

Note: 9S-3263 Thread Lock Compound must be applied to the hub's 6V-8200 Bolt upon installation.

The 226-7635 Flange and the 226-7636 Coupling Hub are available through the parts system.
