Water Tank - Remove and Install
Removal Procedure
Start By:
- Remove the operator platform. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Operator Platform - Remove and Install".
- Attach a suitable lifting device to support (1). Remove bolts (2). Remove bolts (3) from each side of support (1) and remove support (1) from the machine. The weight of support (1) is approximately 74 kg (163 lb).

- Disconnect harness assembly (4) .

- Loosen clamp (5) and disconnect hose (6) from the water tank.

- Remove bolts (7) and plates (8). Use two people to remove water tank (9) from the machine. The weight of water tank (9) is approximately 40 kg (88 lb).

Installation Procedure
- Use two people to install water tank (9) in the machine. The weight of water tank (9) is approximately 40 kg (88 lb).

- Install plates (8) and bolts (7) .
- Connect hose (6) on the water tank and tighten clamp (5) .

- Connect harness assembly (4) .

- Attach a suitable lifting device to support assembly (1). Install support assembly (1) in the machine. The weight of support assembly (1) is approximately 74 kg (163 lb). Install bolts (3) in each side of support (1). Install bolts (2). Remove the suitable lifting device.
