  1. Lower the temperature of bearing cup (28) .

  1. Install bearing cup (28) .

  1. Install O-ring seal (27) .

  1. Use Tooling (A) in order to install retaining ring (26) .

  1. Install bearings (24) and bearing cone (25) .

  1. Install piston (20), spring (19), pin (23), and retaining ring (22) onto swashplate assembly (21) .

  1. Install swashplate assembly (21) .

  1. Compress spring (19). Position piston (20) into the original position.

  1. Use a suitable press in order to install washer (17), spring (16), washer (15), and retaining ring (14) into barrel (9) .

  1. Install bearing (12) and pins (13) into barrel (9) .

  1. Install the string to pistons (10), and retainer (11) .

    Note: Use a string in order to install the barrel and pistons.

  1. Install barrel (9) and pistons (10) together.

  1. Remove the string.

  1. Install bearing cone (7) and port plate (8) .

  1. Install pin (5) and the spring.

  1. Install bearing cup (6) .

  1. Install bolts (3) and head (4) .
