Piston Pump - Disassemble
Disassembly Procedure

Start By:
- Remove the piston pump. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Piston Pump - Remove".
- Remove bolts (1), pump control (2), and the O-ring seals.

- Remove bolts (3) and head (4) .

- Remove pin (5) and the spring.

- Remove bearing cup (6) .
- Remove bearing cone (7) and port plate (8) .

- Remove barrel (9) and pistons (10) together.

Note: Use a string in order to remove the barrel and pistons.
- Remove the string, pistons (10), and retainer (11) .

- Remove bearing (12) and pins (13) from barrel (9) .

- Use a suitable press in order to remove retaining ring (14), washer (15), spring (16), and washer (17) from barrel (9) .

- Remove shaft (18) .

- Compress spring (19). Position piston (20), as shown.

- Remove swashplate assembly (21) .
- Remove retaining ring (22), pin (23), spring (19) and piston (20) from swashplate assembly (21) .
