Note: Orient the four clamps (1) according to Illustration 1.
(1) Torque for the four clamps ... 7.5 ± 1.0 N·m (65 ± 9 lb in)
(2) Ensure sufficient hose length in order to accommodate the cooler pivot. As required, adjust the hose.
(3) Torque for the seven bolts ... 30 ± 7 N·m (265 ± 60 lb in)
(4) Pull any excess slack from this section of the hose.
(5) Torque for the two locknuts ... 15 ± 3 N·m (135 ± 27 lb in)
(6) Torque for the locking bolt ... 33 N·m (290 lb in)
