Cab Tilting

Usage:

570B CKG

------ WARNING! ------

Do not tilt the cab when occupied. Before tilting the cab remove all loose articles from the cab, secure all windows and emergency exits, and then close the cab and cab riser doors. Failure to do so can result in personal injury or damage to the machine.

The cab tilt pump is located on the left side of the machine.

Raising the Cab

  1. Remove cotter pin (2) and pin (3) on both sides of the cab.

  1. Turn control knob (5) clockwise into the operating position.

  1. Insert lever (4) into cab tilt pump (1). Move the lever up and down in order to raise the cab.

Lowering the Cab

  1. Raise the cab slightly. Pull out on handle (6) in order to disengage the lock bar from the cab support.

  1. Rotate the control knob (5) on the cab tilt pump counterclockwise. Continue to pull out on handle (6) as you operate cab tilt pump (1) with lever (4) .

  1. Operate the cab tilt pump until the cab is fully lowered.

  1. Install pin (3) and cotter pin (2) on both sides of the cab.
