Two Plug Assemblies (Booster Cables) Are Available To Start Machines{1401,1453}

Usage:

All Machines Equipped With Electric Starting Systems And Receptacle Assemblies

Description of Change: Two plug assemblies (booster cables) are now available for starting Caterpillar machines equipped with electric starting systems and receptacle assemblies.

One plug assembly is 15 feet long and has male connections at both ends. This plug assembly permits one machine to boost start another machine if both machines are equipped with receptacle assemblies.

The other plug assembly, which is 10 feet in length, has a male connection at one end and two terminals at the other end. This permits boost starting a machine equipped with a receptacle assembly, with any power source of the correct capacity.

Adaptable To: The two new plug assemblies are adaptable to machines as per the information in the chart.
