Start By:
- Remove the brake accumulator charging valve.

Be prepared to collect the fluid with suitable containers before opening any compartment or disassembling any component containing fluids. Refer to Special Publication, NENG2500, "Dealer Service Tool Catalog" for tools and supplies suitable to collect and contain fluids on Cat products. Dispose of all fluids according to local regulations and mandates. |

- Remove fittings (2) and the O-ring seals from manifold (1).
- Remove plug (4), the O-ring seal, and the orifice.
- Remove plug (6) and the O-ring seal.
- Remove pressure sensor (3).
- Remove check valve (5) and the seal.

- Remove fittings (8) and the O-ring seals. Remove fitting (11) and the O-ring seal.
- Remove pressure valve (9) and the seals.
- Remove control valve (10) and the seals.
- Remove relief valve (12) and the seals.
