1. Bearing assembly parts are matched components and must not be mixed with other bearing assemblies. 2. Assemble snap ring and bearing cups into gear bore. 3. Assemble cones into 117-1005 Planetary Gear (11). 4. Assemble planetary gear (11) into 8W-3004 Inner Carrier As (15). 5. Press 7I-5540 Shaft (8) into place and ensure that all parts are aligned and that all bearing components are seated. 6. Planetary gear (11) must be rotated during pressing of shaft (8). 7. Measure the gap that exists between end of shaft (8) and inner carrier as (15). 8. Use 8W-6910 Shim Pack (9) equal to the measured gap 9. Install shim pack (9), 8W-3088 Plate (6), and bolts. 10. Press 8X-6833 Planetary Shaft (2) into place being sure that all parts are aligned and bearings are seated. 4. Planetary gear (1) must be rotated during pressing of planetary shaft (2). 5. Measure gap that exists between end of planetary shaft (2) and planetary carrier (19). 6. Use 8X-6834 Shim Pack (10) equal to the measured gap 7.
