Installation Procedure

1. Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to cab (2) . The weight of cab (2) is approximately 1361 kg (3000 lb).

2. Use Tooling (A) and the suitable lifting device in order to position cab (2) to the machine.

3. Install the washer and bolt (19) .

4. Install cover (18) .

5. Repeat Steps 3 and 4 for the opposite side of the machine.

6. Install the washer and bolt (17) .

7. Install cover (16) .

8. Repeat Steps 6 and 7 for the opposite side of the cab.

9. Install floor mat (15) .

10. Connect hoses (14) .

11. Connect harness assembly (11) and cable assembly (12) . Tighten the bolt for cable assembly (12) to a torque of 37 ± 3 N·m (27 ± 2 lb ft). Install cable clamp (13) .

12. Connect hose assemblies (9) .

13. Connect harness assemblies (7) . Tighten all of the bolts for the pin connectors for harness assemblies (7) to a torque of 6.0 + 1.5 - 1.0 N·m (53.10 + 13.28 - 8.85 lb in).

14. Install cable clamps (10) .

15. Attach cable straps (8) .
