采用 Caterpillar ET(Electronic Technician,电子技师)检查怠速时间过长的 "Current Totals(当前总计)"和/或可能指示不良操作习惯的高负荷系数。

燃油供应不稳定

目视检查燃油油位。 不可全信燃油表。 如有需要,加注燃油。 如果发动机用尽燃油,则需要排出燃油系统中的空气。 请参阅操作和保养手册。

确保燃油供给阀(如有配备)处在完全打开位置。

检查燃油管路有无以下故障:管路阻塞, 皱缩 和 挤压。 修理和/或更换管路。

  1. 检查燃油油箱有无可能会阻塞供油的外物。 检查燃油泵吸油管是否漏气。 执行以下步骤后净化燃油系统:

    • 更换燃油滤清器

    • 进行燃油低压供油油路的操作

    • 更换喷油器

喷油驱动系统不稳定
