高进气歧管空气温度、高海拔作业和高发动机负荷可造成排气温度升至过高,从而损坏排气阀和排气系统的其他部件。

该事件发生时,ECM 对发动机减额以降低排气温度。 这有助于避免排气系统部件损坏。

发动机作业条件

对此诊断代码进行故障诊断与排除时,应考虑发动机进行高海拔作业。 高海拔作业导致生成此代码。 这是正常的。

可能的情况下与操作员交谈。 确定发动机是否在重负荷下运转。 确保发动机以正确的发动机转速运转。

后冷器

如果经过后冷器的流量受阻,可使进气歧管空气温度升高。 彻底检查后冷器是否堵塞。 确保有充足的空气或冷却液流量经过后冷器。

供至大气压力传感器的电源

如果大气压力传感器由 5 V 电源供电,则传感器输出可能在某一数值附近浮动,该数值作为高海拔条件由 ECM 解读。 ECM 接收错误的海拔数值并使发动机减额。 确保大气压力传感器线束接头存在 5 V 电源。
