发动机转速/正时传感器

  1. 检查发动机转速/正时传感器的标定。 请参阅故障诊断与排除, "正时 - 标定"。

  1. 确认曲轴和凸轮轴驱动齿轮设置在正确的正时位置。 请参阅解体和组装手册。

大气压力传感器

检查大气压力传感器上有无灰尘和/或碎屑。 清除该传感器上存在的任何灰尘和/或碎屑。 大气压力的正确读数应在 50 kPa (7.25 psi) 到 100 kPa (14.5 psi)。

进气歧管压力传感器、"油量位置"和/或 "FRC(空燃比)油量限制"

  1. 发动机全负荷运转的同时,监测 "Fuel Position(油量位置)"和 "Rated Fuel Limit(额定油量限制)"。 如果 "Fuel Position(油量位置)"等于 "Rated Fuel Limit(额定油量限制)"或如果 "Fuel Position(油量位置)"小于 "FRC(空燃比)油量限制",则 ECM(Electronic Control Module,电子控制模块)提供正常控制。 否则,进行下一步骤。

  1. 确认没有激活的进气歧管压力传感器诊断代码。

  1. 在 Caterpillar ET(Electronic Technician,电子技师)上监测 "Intake Manifold Pressure(进气歧管压力)"和 "Atmospheric Pressure(大气压力)"。 发动机没有运转时的 "Intake Manifold Pressure(进气歧管压力)"应为 0 kPa (0 psi)。

    注: "FRC(空燃比)油量限制"出故障时只会导致加速时冒黑烟。 "FRC(空燃比)油量限制"出故障时不会导致稳态操作时冒黑烟。

闪存文件

燃油质量
