- 转动曲轴，直至活塞处于底部中心位置。 拆下螺母 (6) 并将连杆盖 (5) 从连杆 (1) 上拆下。
- 将下连杆轴承 (4) 从连杆盖 (5) 上拆下。
- 小心地将连杆 (1) 推入气缸孔中。 从连杆上拆下连杆上轴承 (3)。
注: 在连杆螺栓 (2) 上用胶带或橡胶管保护曲轴轴颈。 连杆螺栓的锋利边缘会损坏曲轴轴颈。
