(1) Torque for two stoppers ... 140 ± 14 N·m (105 ± 10 lb ft)

Before assembly, apply a small amount of hydraulic oil on the sliding surfaces of the following parts: pistons (2), guide (3), barrel (4) and pistons (9) .

(5) Torque for 10 bolts ... 177 ± 18 N·m (130 ± 13 lb ft)

Use shims (6) in order to meet the following requirements:

1. The motor output shaft does not rotate with a torque of 785 N·m (579 lb ft) or less and with the parking brake release port (12) open to the air.

2. The motor output shaft rotates with a torque of 29 N·m (21 lb ft) or less when the parking brake release port is pressurized to 780 kPa (115 psi) and when both the inlet port and the outlet port are open to the hydraulic tank.

Note: During this test, turn the output shaft clockwise.

107-6981 Shim ... 0.8 mm (.032 inch)

107-6980 Shim ... 1.0 mm (.039 inch)

107-6976 Shim ... 1.2 mm (.047 inch)

107-6977 Shim ... 1.4 mm (.055 inch)

107-6978 Shim ... 1.6 mm (.063 inch)

107-6979 Shim ... 1.8 mm (.071 inch)

(7) Apply 5P-3413 Sealant to the seal.

(8) 095-7380 Spring

Free length ... 15 mm (.59 inch)

Outside diameter ... 11.7 ± 0.1 mm (0.46 ± 0.004 inch)

(10) 118-4057 Spring

Free length ... 35.9 mm (1.41 inch)

Outside diameter ... 9.5 ± 0.2 mm (0.37 ± 0.01 inch)

(11) Torque for 10 plugs ... 14.7 ± 1.5 N·m (10.8 ± 1.1 lb ft)
