Installation Procedure

1. Inspect the condition of all gaskets. Replace the gaskets, if necessary.

2. Install turbocharger (3) and the gaskets.

3. Install three bolts (7) .

4. Apply 5P-3931 Anti-Seize Compound to nuts (5) . Tighten the nuts to a torque of 47 N·m (35 lb ft).

5. Install the gasket and oil return line (6) .

6. Install two bolts (4) .

7. Slide hose (2) onto the turbocharger (3) .

8. Tighten two clamps (1) .
