- 使用工具 (A) 将活塞环 (1) 从活塞冠 (2) 上拆下。
- 拆除螺塞 (3) 和活塞销 (5)。
- 将活塞冠 (2) 从活塞裙 (4) 和连杆 (7) 上分离。

注意 在安装活塞销子轴承的时候，必须对连杆进行加热处理。 不要使用明火加热。
- 沿长度 (X) 加热连杆 (7)。 长度 (X) 的最大尺寸为
85.0 mm (3.35 in) 。 - 使用工具 (B) 拆掉旧轴承 (6)，同时安装新轴承 (6)。
- 轴承接头必须在箭头所示位置之一的 10 度以内。
