Removal Procedure

1. Remove the bolts under the instrument panel. Tilt the instrument panel downward.

2. Remove the bolt and clip (1) that holds the wire to the panel.

3. Remove bolts (2). Remove the panel.

4. Disconnect wire harness (3) from the motor.

5. Remove three nuts (4), clip (5) and fan motor (6) with the blower assembly.

6. Remove the blower wheel from the fan motor.

Installation Procedure

1. Install the blower wheel on the fan motor.

2. Install fan motor (6) with the blower assembly. Install clip (5) and three nuts (4) .

3. Connect wire harness (3) to the motor.

4. Install the panel to the original location and install bolts (2) .

5. Install clip (1) that holds the wire to the panel. Install the bolt to the clip.

6. Put the instrument panel into position and install the bolts underneath the instrument panel.
