Tire and Rim (Rear) - Remove and Install

Start By:

  1. Connect the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Seperate and Connect".

  1. Install Tooling (A) in order to raise the machine.

  2. Install Tooling (B) between the frame and the axle.

  3. Support tire and rim (1) with a suitable lifting device.

  4. Remove nuts (2) from tire and rim (1).

  5. Remove tire and rim (1) from the machine. The weight of tire and rim (1) is approximately 658 kg (1450 lb).

  1. Support tire and rim (1) with a suitable lifting device. Install tire and rim (1) to the machine. The weight of tire and rim (1) is approximately 658 kg (1450 lb).

  2. Install nuts (2) to tire and rim (1).

  3. Remove Tooling (B) from the frame and the axle.

  4. Lower Tooling (A). Remove Tooling (A).

End By:

  1. Disconnect the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Seperate and Connect".
