Description of Change: Thread lock compound and a new torque is used for the bolt on the front drive shaft.

Adaptable To: The thread lock compound and the new torque was effective with 938G (S/N: 4YS2278-UP; 8RS982-UP; 6WS3193-UP; 9HS865-UP) Wheel Loaders, 950G (S/N: 3JW2310-UP; 5MW1066-UP; 6NS400-UP; 5FW2387-UP; 2JS1743-UP; 4BS723-UP; 8JW444-UP) Wheel Loaders, 962G (S/N: 4PW528-UP; 6HW622-UP; 5RS403-UP; 7BW885-UP; 3BS909-UP; 5AS404-UP; 6EW456-UP) Wheel Loaders, and IT38G (S/N: 7BS1063-UP; 1CW510-UP). The thread lock compound and the new torque are adaptable to first production of the machines that are listed.

155-0695 Thread Lock Compound should be used on the bolt that retains the yoke on the front drive shaft. The torque for the bolt is 120 ± 20 N·m (90 ± 15 lb ft).
