Cooling System

Usage:

冷却液系统包括下述部件:

  • 散热器

  • 散热器压力盖

  • 散热器风扇

  • 风扇的驱动皮带轮(若配备)

  • 水泵

  • 水泵的驱动皮带轮

  • 水温调节器

  • 水温调节器壳体

  • 冷却液温度开关

冷却液由散热器底部流到离心式水泵。 水泵安装在正时齿轮箱上方的缸体上。 水泵由一个皮带轮驱动。 曲轴皮带轮通过一个皮带驱动水泵的皮带轮。

水泵使得冷却液流向水温调节器。 当发动机冷机时,水温调节器是关闭的。 从而使冷却液直接流向缸盖。 发动机暖机后,水温调节器开始打开。 这样调节器可以使得部分冷却液流向散热器上部。

发动机达到正常工作温度时调节器会完全开启。 当调节器完全开启时,流向散热器的液流是最大的。 尽管如此,调节器不会关闭流向缸盖的冷却液液流。

冷却液不断地流过缸盖和缸体上部。 这些冷却液又从缸体流向水泵的后面。 之后,这些冷却液与水泵由散热器泵过来的冷却液相混合。

水温调节器就通过调节直接流向散热器上部的冷却液液流来保持正确的发动机温度。 散热器对冷却液进行冷却。 热量由冷却液转移到流经散热片的冷空气上。 为保证充分冷却,使用了风扇在散热片间产生足够大的气流。 冷却液由散热器经底部软管流到冷却液泵。

发动机上有水温调节器壳。 水温调节器壳安装在缸盖的左侧。

C0.5 和 C0.7 发动机上的水温调节器壳水平安装。 其他型号发动机上的水温调节器壳为垂直安装。
