Fan Shroud - Install
Installation Procedure

- Use a suitable hoist and lifting slings in order to install fan shroud (6), as shown. The weight of the fan shroud (6) is 18 kg (40 lb).

- Install sixteen bolts (7) and the washers.

- Install Tooling (A), as shown.

- Attach a suitable hoist and a suitable lifting sling to Tooling (A), as shown.
- Use the hoist in order to carefully install guard assembly (5) to fan shroud (6). The weight of guard assembly (5) is 23 kg (50 lb).
- Install sixteen bolts (4) and the washers.
- Close fan (3) .

- Engage two clamps (2) .

- Close access door (1) on left side of machine. Repeat this procedure for the opposite side.

End By: Separate the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect".
