(1) Torque for bolts ... 102 ± 2 N·m (75 ± 2 lb ft)
(2) Apply 9S-3263 Thread Lock Compound to the threads.
(3) Torque for nut ... 82 ± 5 N·m (60 ± 4 lb ft)
From the center position, the tilt steering column can be moved in either direction.

(4) Up ... 21 degrees (5) Down ... 14 degrees
