- Lower the temperature of the bearings prior to installation.

- Use Tooling (B) in order to install the bearings in the frame end pin bores. Install the bearings to a depth of 10.0 ± 1.0 mm (0.40 ± 0.04 inch).
- Use Tooling (E) in order to install lip seals (16) in the frame end pin bores.

- Use Tooling (C) in order to install the bearings in the lift cylinder pin bores. Install the bearings to a depth of 9.5 ± 1 mm (0.37 ± 0.04 inch).

- Use Tooling (E) in order to install the lip seals in the lift cylinder pin bores.

- Use Tooling (D) in order to install the bearings in the bucket end of the lift arms. Install the bearings to a depth of 10.0 ± 1.0 mm (0.40 ± 0.04 inch).

- Use Tooling (F) in order to install the lip seals in the bucket end of the lift arms.

- Before installation, coat the bores, the pins, and the lip seals with 5P-0960 Molybdenum Grease .

- Attach a suitable hoist and lifting slings to lift arms (16). Use the hoist in order to install the lift arms. The weight of the lift arms is approximately 1090 kg (2400 lb).

- Install bolt (15) and the washer.

- Install lamp assembly (11). Install bolts (12) and the washers.
- Connect grease tube assembly (14) .
- Connect harness assembly (13) .
- Install bolt (10) and the washer.

- Install lamp assembly (5). Install bolts (6) and the washers.
- Install bracket assembly (4). Install bolts (7) and the washers.
- Connect grease tube assembly (9) .
- Connect harness assembly (8) .
- Attach a suitable hoist and a suitable lifting sling to lift cylinder (3). Align the pin bore of the lift cylinder with the pin bore of the lift arm.

- Install pin (2) .
- Install the washer, the spacer, and bolt (1) in pin (2) .

- Use the machine's hydraulics in order to raise the lift arms.

- Remove Tooling (A) .
End By:
- Install the tilt cylinder. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Tilt Cylinder - Install".
- Install the bucket. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Bucket - Install".
- Install the tilt lever. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Tilt Lever - Install".
- Install the bucket tilt link. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Tilt Link - Install".
- Install the lift kickout control. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Lift Kickout Control - Remove and Install".
