Description of Change: Machines with the serial numbers S/N:8GS195-UP
have been equipped with the new grade control target. The mounting location of the new target provides more precise grade control. The new grade control target is part of the 187-9263 Rotor Plate Group. The improved grade control target can be assembled to earlier versions of the PM-565 and the PM-565B. See the parts list and the illustrations that follow.

The 187-9265 Boss for the grade control target has been relocated in order to obtain optimum performance. On the left side plate assembly, the bottom of the boss is (2) 133 ± 2 mm (5.2 ± 0.08 inch) above the top of the 105-7186 Plate and (1) 1816 ± 2 mm (71.5 ± 0.08 inch) forward. The dimension is measured from the rear vertical edge of the side plate.

On the right hand side of the side plate assembly, the bottom of the boss is 133 ± 2 mm (5.3 ± 0.08 inch) (2) above the 105-7186 Plate. The bottom of the boss is 1049 ± 2 mm (41.3 ± 0.08 inch) (1) from the vertical edge at the rear of the side plate.
