The seat can be moved in either the forward direction or the rearward direction. Pull lever (1) upward and hold lever (1) in order to move the seat to the desired position. In order to lock the seat, release lever (1) .

In order to adjust the suspension of the seat, turn knob (2). Turn knob (2) clockwise in order to increase the stiffness of the suspension of the seat. Turn knob (2) counterclockwise in order to decrease the stiffness of the suspension of the seat. The amount of weight will be displayed on the readout.

In order to adjust the height of the seat, hold lever (3) and move the seat to the desired position. In order to lock the seat in the desired position, release lever (3) .

In order to adjust the tilt of the seat, pull lever (4) upward and tilt the seat into the desired position. Release the lever in order to lock the seat into the selected position.

The angle of each armrest (5) can be adjusted by operating the dial that is located at the bottom of each armrest. The armrest should be positioned upright when you get on the machine or when you exit the machine.

The height and the angle of headrest (6) can be adjusted. Hold the headrest with both hands and adjust the headrest to the desired position. Releasing the headrest will lock the headrest in the selected position.

A lumbar support is located in the seat. Turn knob (7) counterclockwise in order to increase the force of the lumbar support. Turn the knob clockwise in order to decrease the force of the lumbar support.
