533 and 543 Wheel Feller Bunchers Caterpillar

Adjust the seat in order to allow full travel of the pedals. Make the seat adjustments when the operator is sitting against the back of the seat.

Backrest Cushion Angle (1) - Pull the lever upward. Hold the lever up and adjust the backrest cushion to the desired angle. Release the lever in order to lock the backrest cushion into position.

Pull up on headrest (2) in order to change the height.

Lumbar Support (3) - Turn the knob counterclockwise in order to increase the force of the lumbar support. Turn the knob clockwise in order to decrease the force of the lumbar support.

Pull up on lever (4) in order to move the seat and the consoles forward and backward. Release the lever in order to lock the seat and the consoles in place.

Knobs (5) and (10) will change the height of the right and left consoles.

Weight Adjustment (6) - Turn the knob until the dial indicator shows the approximate weight of the operator. This function is only on machines that are equipped with air seats.

Fore and Aft Position (7) - Pull the lever upward. Hold the lever upward and slide the seat forward or backward to the desired position. Release the lever in order to lock the seat into position.

Air Seat Adjustment (8) - Press the button in order to increase air pressure. This function is found only on machines that are equipped with air seats.

Seat Height (9) - Pull the lever upward. Raise the seat to the desired height and release the lever.
