(1) Torque for bolt ... 530 ± 70 N·m (391 ± 52 lb ft)
(A) Outer diameter of new piston over two lands ... 56.65 ± 0.03 mm (2.230 ± 0.001 inch)
(B) Bore of new cylinder assembly ... 57.15 ± 0.08 mm (2.250 ± 0.003 inch)
(2) Lubricate sealing lips with a thin covering of the lubricant that is being sealed.
(4) Apply sealant to the wiper seal groove of head (7) before you assemble the seal to the head. Apply 7M-7456 Bearing Mount to the wiper seal groove.
(C) Outer diameter of new rod ... 38.050 ± 0.038 mm (1.4980 ± 0.0015 inch)
(D) Bore of new head over three lands ... 38.18 ± 0.03 mm (1.503 ± 0.001 inch)
Note: Lubricate the threads with clean grease and torque head (3) to 600 ± 130 N·m (440 ± 95 lb ft). Use 1P-0808 Multipurpose Grease (Cartridge) to apply the grease.
