When the boom section is extended or retracted, piston rod (11) remains stationary and the cylinder (7) moves with the boom section. The hydraulic hoses are attached to housing (2) of the load control valve, which is bolted to piston rod (11) .
Retract port (3) connects with annulus (5), which is connected to rod side (4) through holes (10). Extend port (12) connects with piston side (8) through cylinder transfer pipe (6) .
When cylinder (7) extends, pump oil passes through cylinder transfer pipe (6) into piston side (8) of the cylinder. Oil from the rod side (4) of the cylinder flows through holes (10), annulus (5) and port (3) to the hydraulic tank via the bank valve.
When cylinder (7) retracts, pump oil passes through port (3), annulus (5) and holes (10) to the rod side (4) of the cylinder. Oil from piston side (8) of the cylinder flows through cylinder transfer pipe (6) and port (12) to the hydraulic tank via the bank valve.
