Drive and Steering Axle (Rear) - Install
Installation Procedure
- Install the sensor and bracket (28). Install 3 bolts (29) and the washers.

- Install pin (26) and washer (27). Install clip (25) .

- Install cover (23). Install 3 bolts (22) .

- Install bracket (21) for the parking brake.

- Use a suitable lifting device in order to move the axle.
Note: The axle weighs approximately 500 kg (1102 lb).

- Use a hydraulic jack (19) in order to position the axle under the machine in the proper place.

- Install 4 nuts (20), the washers, and the plate. Repeat for the other side.

- Move the hydraulic jack away from the rear axle.
- Connect the wire for the sensor for the rear steer.
Note: The wire is located in the area of the pointer.

- Install 2 hydraulic hoses (13) on the top of the axle.

- Install 2 hydraulic hoses (11) on rear steering cylinder (12) .

- Install 2 bolts (16) and pin (17) in order to install parking brake assembly (18) .

- Install 2 bolts (14) for bracket (15) for the manifold. Repeat for the other side of the bracket for the manifold.

- Install two brackets (3) for the front of the drive shaft. Install four bolts (4) for the rear of the drive shaft.
