Belt - Align
Adjust the Belt to the Left Side of the Trailer
In order to shift the tracking of the belt further to the left side, perform the following steps:
- Loosen the retaining bolt.
- Loosen the right side adjusting screw from 1/4 to 1/2 turn.
- Tighten the left side adjusting screw to a torque of 380 ± 27 N·m (280 ± 20 lb ft).
- Tighten the retaining bolt to a torque of 54 ± 7 N·m (40 ± 5 lb ft).
- Check the belt alignment. See Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Belt - Check Alignment".
- Repeat Steps 1 through 5 until the belt is properly aligned.
Adjust the Belt to the Right Side of the Trailer
- Loosen the retaining bolt.
- Loosen the left side adjusting screw from 1/4 to 1/2 turn.
- Tighten the right side adjusting screw to a torque of 380 ± 27 N·m (280 ± 20 lb ft).
- Tighten the retaining bolt to a torque of 54 ± 7 N·m (40 ± 5 lb ft).
- Check the belt alignment. See Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Belt - Check Alignment".
- Repeat Steps 1 through 5 until the belt is properly aligned.
