Installation Procedure

Note: Steps 1 through 3 are used for the installation of the seat suspension.

1. Use two persons in order to install seat suspension (35). The weight of seat suspension (35) is 23 kg (50 lb).

2. Install two bolts (38) and the washers. Repeat this procedure for the opposite side.

3. Connect electrical connector (37).

   Note: Steps 4 through 7 are used for the installation of the seat.

4. Use two persons in order to install seat (26). The weight of seat (26) is 36 kg (80 lb).

5. Raise handle (36) in order to slide seat (26) rearward until the seat engages seat suspension (35).

6. Install stop bolt (34) and the washer.

7. Install bolt (33), the washer, and the seat belt on the right side of seat (26).

   Note: Steps 8 through 22 are used for the installation of the implement control support.

8. Rotate implement control support (28) toward the seat until lower bearing (31) engages with lower shaft (32).

9. Hold implement control support (28) with one hand in order to prevent the implement control support from rotating downward.

10. Slide upper shaft (25) forward in order to install one stop (30) on the rear of the upper shaft and five stops (29) on the front of upper shaft .

11. Install upper shaft (25).

12. Tighten setscrew (26) on the outer rear part of upper shaft (25).

13. Slide seat (27) rearward.

14. Tighten setscrew (24) on front inner part of upper shaft (25).

15. Connect two wire connectors (22) on the back of the cigar lighter.

16. Install inner cover (21).

17. Install two screws (20) and the washers.

21. Install four screws (15) and the washers.

22. Install knob (14).

23. Rotate steering control support (4) toward the seat until lower bearing (12) engages with lower shaft (13).

24. Hold steering control support (4) with one hand in order to prevent the steering control support from rotating downward.

25. Slide upper shaft (9) rearward in order to install four stops (11) on the front of the upper shaft and two stops (10) on the rear of the upper shaft.

26. Tighten setscrews (8) at both ends of upper shaft (9).

27. Install inner cover (7) onto the steering control support. Install two screws (5) and the washers.

28. Install knob (6).

29. Install guard (3) onto the steering control support (4).

30. Install eight screws (1) and the washers. Install knob (2).
