Hydraulic Electronic Control ( 834G Wheel Tractor) (1) Control lever. (2) Implement function selector switch ( 834G Wheel Tractor). (3) Implement lockout switch. |
The implement function selector switch (2) has two input connections to the implement electronic control module (ECM). When the front of the rocker switch is pushed down, the switch is in the normally closed position. When the rocker switch is in the normally closed position, contact J1-24 is closed to ground. The contact J1-23 circuit is open or floating.
When the rocker switch is in the normally closed position, the pilot control actuators for the tilt function will be enabled to receive a control signal from the ECM.
When the rear of the rocker switch is pushed down, the rocker switch is in the normally open position. When the rocker switch is in the normally open position, the contact J1-24 is open or floating. The contact J1-23 circuit is close to ground.
When the rocker switch is in the normally open position, the pilot control actuators for the tip operation will be enabled to receive a control signal from the ECM.
Rocker Switch (Implement Lockout)

Hydraulic Electronic Control (3) Rocker Switch for the Implement Lockout. (4) Locked position. (5) Unlocked position. |
The implement lockout switch (3) sends a signal to the implement electronic control module (ECM). This will allow the operator to disable the implement control lever. The ECM will de-energize the solenoid valve in the combination valve. When the solenoid valve is de-energized, pilot oil will stop flowing to the pilot control actuators.
When the front of the rocker switch (4) is pushed down, the switch is in the normally open position. When the rocker switch is in the normally open position, the contact J1-14 is open or floating and the contact J1-13 is closed to ground. The implement system will be locked.
When the back of the rocker switch (5) is pushed down, the switch is in the normally closed position. When the rocker switch is in the normally closed position, the contact J1-13 is open or floating and the contact J1-14 is closed to ground. The implement system is now unlocked.
