- 将转向机架锁 (1) 安装在锁定位置，如图所示。

- 拆下转向油缸跨接管安全阀 (2) 。 转向油缸交叉安全阀位于转向控制阀中。 转向控制阀位于机器的左侧。 转向油缸交叉安全阀需要进行台试。 松开锁紧螺母 (1) 并拆下阀门。

- 安全阀的压力应为 25600 ± 500 kPa (3713 ± 73 psi)。 必要时，调整阀压力。 松开锁紧螺母 (3) 。 逆时针转动调整螺钉 (4) 以减小阀的压力。 顺时针转动调整螺钉 (4) 以增大阀的压力。 达到正确的压力后拧紧锁紧螺母 (3) 。 如果调整螺钉不影响压力，则阀出故障。 更换阀门。
- 在转向控制阀上安装安全阀。 安全阀的安装扭矩应为 60 ± 7 N·m (44.25 ± 5.16 lb ft)。
