在检验、保养、测试、调整及维修产品时，务必留心，确保液体盛装在容器中。 在打开任何腔室或拆解任何储有液体的部件之前，要准备好用合适的容器收集液体。 有关适合收集和盛接卡特彼勒产品上液体的工具及用品，参考专门出版物, NENG2500, "卡特彼勒工具和修理车间设备指南"。 按照当地法规和指令处置所有液体。 |
- 将机器放在光滑、水平的表面上。 远离其它运转机器和人员。 将铲斗和/或附件降至地面。 关闭发动机。
- 机器上仅允许停留一位操作员。 让其他人员远离车辆或离开操作人员的视野。
- 接合停车制动器。 轮子前后都塞上垫块。
- 在升起铲斗和/或附件进行测试或调整时，务必正确支撑铲斗和/或附件。
注: 除非测试特别需要，否则停放机器时，不要使机器前端脱离地面。 将机器降至地面并停运发动机。
- 通过连接转向机架锁使机器不能铰接。
- 将发动机启动开关转到 ON 位置。 将机具锁定开关置于解锁位置。
- 在所有位置循环移动液压操纵杆，以释放液压系统内的压力。 将提升操纵杆放在浮动位置。
- 将发动机起动开关转到断开位置。
- 要想完全释放液压油箱内的压力，推入断路器安全阀上的柱塞，直到所有液压力得以释放。
注: 也可以拆下液压油箱加注口盖，但使用断路器安全阀上的柱塞是比较安全的油箱卸压方法。
