(1) Before assembly, lubricate the threads with clean grease.
- Torque for the head ... 600.0 ± 130.0 N·m (440.00 ± 95.00 lb ft)
- Diameter of the lands ... 44.780 ± 0.030 mm (1.7630 ± 0.0012 inch)
(2) Bore of the new cylinder ... 69.850 ± 0.080 mm (2.7500 ± 0.0030 inches)
(3) Diameter of the new rod ... 44.400 ± 0.019 mm (1.7480 ± 0.0010 inches)
(4) Lubricate the seal lips with a small amount of the lubricant that is being sealed.
(5) Before assembly, apply 4C-4032 Bearing Mount Compound to the wiper seal groove.
