对于特定转速下的任何泵测试来说,690 kPa (100 psi) 下的泵流量将大于 6900 kPa (1000 psi) 下的泵流量。

两个工作压力下泵流量的差值即为流量损失。

将流量损失表达为泵流量的百分比时,流量损失可用作泵性能的恒量指标。

如果流量损失百分比超过机器测试的 10% 或台架测试的的 15%,则泵的性能不够好。

机器测试

  1. 安装 4C-9437 液压流量测试仪 。

  1. 起动发动机。

  1. 以高怠速运转发动机。

  1. 测量 690 kPa (100 psi) 和 6900 kPa (1000 psi) 下的泵流量。

  1. 将步骤 4 内的测量值用于表 2。

台架测试

如果台架测试可以在 6900 kPa (1000 psi) 和满转速下运行,则确定流量损失百分比。

如果台架测试不能在 6900 kPa (1000 psi) 和满转速下运行,则采用以下程序:

  1. 使泵轴在 1000 rpm 下运转。

  1. 测量 690 kPa (100 psi) 和 6900 kPa (1000 psi) 下的泵流量。

  1. 将步骤 2 内的测量值用作表 2 内 A 和 B 的数值。

  1. 要想确定 C 值,采用步骤 4.a 到 4.b。

    1. 使泵轴在 2000 rpm 下运转。

    1. 测量 690 kPa (100 psi) 时的泵流量。

  1. 将步骤 4.b 内的测量值用作表 2 内 C 的数值。
