2. Use a strap type wrench to remove the oil filter. Dispose of the used oil filter properly.

3. Remove all of the used gasket from the filter mounting base.

4. Apply clean hydraulic oil to the gasket of the new oil filter.

5. Install the new filter by hand. When the gasket contacts the filter mounting base, tighten the filter by an additional 3/4 turn.

6. Operate the machine for a few minutes. Check for leaks. Check the oil level of the hydraulic tank.

7. Raise the bottom guard and close the engine hood.
