在对性能不良的液压系统进行分析时,切记正确的油流和油压对于正常的操作十分必要。 油流是由泵的输出产生的。 泵输出是由发动机转速产生的。 阻碍油的流动会导致产生油压。

------ WARNING! ------

突然移动车辆或释放油压会伤害车上或附近的人员。

为避免可能造成的伤害,在测试和调整制动系统之前,执行以下步骤。


------ WARNING! ------

滚热的油或液压油的压力会对人员造成伤害。

发动机停机之后,液压油的压力仍会保留在液压系统里。 对液压系统进行维修之前,如果不事先释放压力,可能会造成严重伤害。

卸下机具和其油路之前,必须先把机具放到地面上,让油先冷却,才可进行工作。 只能在发动机停机,并且加注口盖冷却到可以用徒手触摸时才能卸下加注口盖。



注意

机器做检查、保养、测试、调整和修理时,必须小心,不让油液流出。 在打开任何舱室或解体任何储有液体的零件之前,要准备好合适的容器收集流出液体。

按照本地法规和指令处置所有液体。


  1. 把机器开到平整水平的地方。 使机器远离其它运转机器和人员。 关闭发动机。

  1. 机器上仅允许停留一位操作员。 让所有人员远离机器或在操作员的视野范围内。

  1. 接合停车制动器。 将铲斗或附件降至地面。 在轮子前后都塞上垫块。

  1. 缓慢松开液压油箱上的加注口盖,以释放油箱内的压力。

  1. 松开接头、软管或部件前,应释放全部液压力。 上紧接头、软管或部件前,应释放全部液压力。 拆卸接头、软管或部件前,应释放全部液压力。 调整接头、软管或部件前,应释放全部液压力。

  1. 在制动器液压系统上执行任何工作前,确保已经释放了全部油压。
