Installation Procedure

Note: Inspect the O-ring seals. Replace any O-ring seals that are worn or damaged.

Note: During the installation of the O-ring seals, lubricate the O-ring seals with the fluid that is being sealed.

1. Install two O-ring seals (15) and O-ring seals (14).

2. Install flow control and relief valve (5), four washers, and four bolts (11).

3. Install oil pressure sensor (13). Connect oil pressure sensor (13) of the differential.

4. Install O-ring seal (10). Connect hose assembly (7). Install split flange (9) and four bolts (8).

5. Disconnect hose assembly (1). Remove O-ring seal (2), elbow (3), and O-ring seal (4).

6. Repeat Step 5 for hose assemblies (6) and (12).

End By:

1. Remove the truck body retaining cable. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Truck Body Retaining Cable - Remove and Install".
