The type code for the Type III governor is "C". These governors are also known as Generator Set Governors.
Note: Some Type III governors were produced with Type I throttle levers and features. Some Type III governors were produced with Type II throttle levers and features. The throttle lever and the features will determine the correct service procedures for the Type III governor.
