Fan Drive Bearing - Lubricate

Usage:

D250E II 4PS

  • Park the machine on a level surface. Ensure that the parking brake is fully engaged. Lower the dump body and stop the engine.

    1. Raise the hood.

    1. The lubricant fitting for the fan drive is located at the front of the engine. The fitting is located on the left side of the mounting for the fan. Wipe the grease fitting before lubricating.

    1. Apply lubricant through the fitting for the fan drive bearing.

    1. Lower the hood.

      If regular lubrication is carried out at the recommended interval, only two or three shots of grease will be required.
