Engine Crankcase Breather - Clean

Usage:

D250E II 4PS

  • Raise the hood.

    1. Release hose clamp (1) and disconnect hose (2) .

    1. Unscrew bolt (3) and remove breather (4) .

    1. Wash the breather in a clean, nonflammable solvent. Wipe the breather with a clean, dry cloth.

    1. Inspect breather seal (5). If necessary, install a new seal.

    1. Shake the breather until the breather is dry. You may also use pressurized air to dry the breather. Install the breather.

    1. Inspect the hose for damage. If the hose is damaged, replace the hose.

    1. Install hose (2) to the breather, and secure the hose with the clamp.

    1. Lower the hood.
