后轮轴液压系统工作原理

本液压系统润滑差速器和锥齿轮的轴承以及后轮轴承, 同时还冷却差速器和锥齿轮的轴承以及后轮轴承。 本液压系统独立于其他液压系统。 有关本系统中应使用的正确机油,请参考相应机器的《操作和保养手册》。 长途运输时,玻璃纤维隔热罩 (8) 可通过减少锥齿轮供应的油量来降低后轮轴的温度。

流量控制阀 (1) 将机油输送到后轮 (7) 的轴承。 流量控制阀 (1) 还会将机油输送到差速器和锥齿轮的轴承中。 行驶速度较高时,多余的机油会被分流到轴壳中,以免溢出。
