Assembly Procedure

Note: Inspect the O-ring seals. Replace any O-ring seals that are worn or damaged.

Note: Before installation, apply 1U-6396 O-Ring Assembly Compound to the O-ring seals.

2. Install O-ring seal (10) .

3. Install plunger (12) .

4. Install lever (11) .

5. Install rivet (8) on body (2) .

6. If setscrew (7) was removed, install setscrew (7) .

8. Install spring (3) .

9. Install O-ring seal (6) .

10. Install cap nut (5) on body (2) .
