1. Position Tool (A) under guard (1) .

2. Remove two bolts (2) that secure the guard to the machine frame.

3. Use a nylon lifting strap and Tool (B) in order to secure guard (1 ) to Tool (A) .

4. Remove bolts (3) , the spacers and the nuts that secure guard (1) to the machine frame.

5. Use Tool (B) to remove guard (1) from the machine frame. The weight of guard (1) is 63 kg (139 lb) .

Installation Procedure

1. Position guard (1) on Tool (A) . Use a nylon lifting strap and Tool (B) in order to secure guard (1 ) to Tool (A) .

2. Use Tools (B) and (A) in order to position guard (1) to the machine frame. The weight of guard (1) is 63 kg (139 lb) .

3. Install bolts (3) , the spacers and the nuts that secure guard (1) to the machine frame.

4. Install two bolts (2) that secure the guard to the machine frame.

5. Remove Tool (B) and Tool (A) from the machine.
